Regarding this fantastic, exciting and wonderful experience in Nigeria, I wanted to personally express my thanks to SoSolidarietà Onlus and to Renovatio (Training Center) for giving me the opportunity to be able to face this Journey/Mission. Training in the health sector as a non-EU BlsD instructor was my first experience, and what can I say, everything went really well. It was fantastic to transmit the life-saving techniques of Cardio/Pulmonary Resuscitation and Unobstruction on Adults, Children and Infants to both lay and health personnel, in a land that to this day remains forgotten, devoid of the same humanity that is present in so many other States/Continents in the world. A land that regains its splendour thanks to these projects, these humanitarian missions, which give it the opportunity, through people, to grow and develop!

It was a dose of healthy energy for everyone, which enabled us to develop on a human scale, in our relationships with each other. From the context to the colours of the environment, from the people to the children united by a smile, to the beauty of being together and living the same experience. All this has increased such psycho-physical well-being in all of us, so much so that we now call it our 'malaise of Africa'.

"It's good to be able to show the future to others at times when it feels like the future is gone." With this splendid maxim I have to say 'arrivederci' to Africa.
